We are about to
finish research that evaluates if medication stored in vials closed with
rubber stoppers can be safely administered to latex allergic patients. If
we prove that it is not safe, we wish to ask pharmaceutical companies to
modify their stoppers so they are safe for latex allergic people. |

to you envision with continued research? |
I envision, after
completing my research fellowship, continuing a career in Canada, where I
will do clinical research in the field of allergy that will continue to
benefit patients. |

is the most interesting aspect of your work? |
Continual learning
with the help of the patients who accept to be research volunteers. |
